I spend a great deal of time online. I got to Writer's Digest a lot. I found several articles to be useful in the current trilogy I am writing and in planning for the second series I have bouncing around in my mind.
A checklist for developing your hero or heroine http://writersdigest.com/article/developing-your-hero-and-heroine/
Writer's blueprint (I didn't use this for Immo, but will probably use it for my 2nd series) http://writersdigest.com/article/your-novel-blueprint/
Understanding your character http://writersdigest.com/article/9-questions-to-ask-your-main-character/
Writing mistakes http://writersdigest.com/article/Beyond_Basic_Blunders/
I'll add more as I go through my bookmarks.

How do you deal with Writer's Block? I have lots of great ideas but then I start writing them and I feel like my writing is so bad! So I quit. That depresses me so then I feel even less about trying to write again. Time passes and I come up with the next good idea and then the cycle starts anew. Nothing ever gets done. Help?
You saw the part about the notebooks full of ideas that didn't see the light of day right? I have suffered from writer's block too. Everyone gets it. Participating in the NaNo is what helped me. I had a goal that was tangible. Write 50,000 words in 30 days. Not "Write an incredible story that everyone will love." I'll be making a post about this today. Check back in a bit.
